# Terms of Service for m.gac.systems

**Effective Date: September 29, 2025**

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of m.gac.systems. By accessing m.gac.systems, agreement to these terms occurs. If disagreement exists, refrain from using m.gac.systems.

## 1. Eligibility
m.gac.systems intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Use by individuals under 13 is not permitted. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

## 2. Account and Registration
No account is required to use m.gac.systems.

## 3. Game Usage
m.gac.systems is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Modification of runtime behavior through the web console is allowed for personal use. Distribution of m.gac.systems or any of its content, including modified versions, is not allowed without explicit written consent. Cheating or disrupting other players is prohibited.

## 4. Advertisements and Donations
Advertisements may appear after completing levels. Interaction with ads is optional. Breaking the the terms of service may result in the forfeit of purchased ad space. Furthuremore, you agree not to charge back or dispute any charges that are forfeited as the result of breaking the terms of service. No refund will be given once the purchase period begins. Donations can be made via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Donations are non-refundable and do not confer special privileges unless specified in written form.

## 5. Intellectual Property
All content, including graphics, code, and designs, is owned by the entity operating the m.gac.systems. No rights are granted except for limited use as described.

## 6. User Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities are not allowed. Violation may result in access termination without notice, immediate forfeit of any pruchased ad placements.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
m.gac.systems provided "as is" without warranties. No liability exists for damages arising from use, including, by not limited to, data loss, interruptions, or physical ailments.

## 8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify the entity operating m.gac.systemsfrom claims arising from misuse.

## 9. Termination
Access can be terminated at any time for any reason. Provisions surviving termination include intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

## 10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

## 11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
